Prahok Khtis (Khmer popular food)

   Prahok is made from fishes mix with salt and paste it in the jars at least 1 month up also use it when cooking Khmer foods. Every houses at country side always have one or more jars of  Prahok in their kitchens. 


   So now SENLOY.CO will show you how to cook Prahok Khtis !

Ingredients :
   Porks 2g , Prahok half of the bowl, 2 dry peppers, palm sugar 1 spoon, coconut cream (first) half of a spoon, eggplants 20 spoons, cooking oil 2 spoons, mix ingredients (gingers, turmerics, white and red garlics, citronella, and small sour orange leaves).


How to cook:
   1 . Porks chop mix with Prahok and mix ingredients together and for dry peppers soak in water before cooking
   2 . Put cooking oil, palm sugar, dry peppers, ingredients cook it until it has good smell then put porks mix Prahok, coconut cream, eggplants cook until a little bit dry is ready.
   At last, you can enjoy in eating Prohok Khtis with fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, eggplants, head cabbages, beans, etc.
